I created this illustration for the Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Chicago (Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago).

The overarching theme for the 2024 activities is ‘In the future: a survey of possibilities.’

My proposal is an illustration that conveyed  how various cultural elements from the past and present (art, history, and science) are crucial in coming together to create a brilliant future.
The starry sky represents our constant gaze towards the stars, a timeless symbol for dreamers and visionaries, inspiring us to pursue ambitious goals and build a better future.

The illustration will accompany the institute’s activities throughout 2024 and will be adapted into various formats, including some gadgets, social media use, and website banners.
